Visual Inspection

According to customers’ order requirements and standards of steel grades, Hongxin will take inspection on Dimension, Straightness, Surface Condition, Cutting/milling ends and edges.

Material Quality Inspection

According to customers’ order requirements and standards of steel grades, Hongxin will take inspection on Chemical Composition, Hardness, Ultrasonic Test, Mechanical Properties, Non-metallic inclusion, etc.

Final Package Inspection
According to customers’ order requirements, Hongxin will pack material on color code, bundling packing and other identification in order to make customers can unload the materials safely and easily. Meanwhile, Hongxin will consider the rust avoiding, material and container damage.
